Summary
The Board of Regents for public colleges and universities in Georgia voted to remove campus free speech zones. Now, students, faculty, staff, and invited guests will have access to all outdoor parts of campus for protests. Schools can still regulate the time of protests, but cannot restrict speech based on the contents of the speech.
