Summary
Eradicate Boston College Racism is an unofficial student group at Boston College. In 2016, the group helped organize two rallies on campus: one on November 14 against all forms of hate and another on December 1 that was part of a national college campus walkout in support of undocumented immigrants who fear deportation under the Trump administration. Because they failed to comply with “a well-established policy concerning campus demonstrations” requiring registration, seven student members of the group faced disciplinary action, including possible expulsion.
