The First Amendment Clinic at Duke Law is proud to publicly offer and maintain the Campus Speech Database. The Campus Speech Database seeks to provide practitioners, scholars, students, universities, and others with a comprehensive overview of campus speech issues emerging in the American landscape. In so doing, the First Amendment Clinic at Duke Law regularly adds new incidents and developments relating to campus speech to the database.
