Summary
According to his complaint, Austin Clark was subjected to harassment, arbitrary grading, and ultimately expulsion due to his role in organizing a 2018 speaking event featuring Alex McFarland, a well-known Christian apologist and pro-life activist. The lawsuit, which names numerous members of ULSOM’s faculty and school administration as defendants in addition to the president and provost of the University of Louisville, alleges violations of Clark’s First and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
